My fiance and I ate here while on holiday in San Diego this April. This was the first restaurant we went to when we arrived and we did not check reviews online prior, we chose here because it looked like a popular spot. Looking back after visiting other restaurants, I will say that the menu is a little less expansive than other surrounding options. Having food intolerances (gluten-free) and others I really should have checked reviews first so that is my fault. In saying that, the restaurant did not seem to have gluten friendly options. I asked the server if she could recommend anything to me and she could not, which is okay because I realize this is a personal circumstance. I just thought I would write this for any fellow gluten-free friends checking reviews. The food was just fair, and we waited quite a long time for our food and drinks. Perhaps it would be a different scenario for someone else, or if you came later at night as opposed to around lunch.
