The place is a joke I promise you whole bunch and then at the end work the death of you and not give you any type of respect at all for it oh yeah also worked few days of overtime which never got paid for as well as my last day there they decided that they didn't have to pay me somehow I guess I have no clue but I believe that is against the law and the safety guy Mike is a joke . I recommend all plumbers to stay away from this place it's a very shady managed company. I must go on to say that I really shouldn't even have had to give them a one-star review just to leave a comment because they really don't even deserve that the management and everything is just garbage it's almost like they just hired anybody off the street to run their business. I mean these guys are just motards. REI do your research on the Sherman character he was at Lake mechanical and ran the damn business in the ground twice in a row. I would hire this company at all to do any type of work for anybody in Florida at all stay away from this company any builders. Also know when you read the reviews they do have five stars they're usually from people that are family-oriented with the company or the owner please have faith and trust in the reviews that you read from the people that actually work there.
