🙌 The company's website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate the variety of mobility options they provide, including electric scooters and bicycles. The electric scooters are eco-friendly and convenient for short trips around the city. However, the availability of scooters can sometimes be a challenge, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the pricing could be more competitive compared to other similar services in the area. The customer service is prompt in responding to queries, but sometimes the resolutions provided are not satisfactory. Overall, my experience with the company has been average. I hope to see improvements in scooter availability and pricing in the future. 🛴🚲
