I recently used a property management service for my rental property. The experience was satisfactory, but there were a few areas where improvement could be made. The website for Next Door Properties LLC was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information. However, I found the customer support to be lacking at times. They took a while to respond to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, it was an average experience.
