Mr. Pop and his Associates have excellent customer service and topnotch in the area they practice. Here's why I think they are:
-My first call to Mr. Pop was very empathetic and made me realize he is the right lawyer to hire for my case.
-His associate Kristina has been the only person I have to deal with, I wasn't transferred to many different lawyers which I found to be very reassuring.
-They never given me unrealistic expectations, only what is to be expected.
-They would always update me with the status of my case. I never had to go to them.
-They were professional and personable on each communication we had.
-Highly recommended.
