After I moved in this complex with the help of my mom last month, I immediately fell in love with this place. Unlike my old apartment complex, my new apartment has wooden floors which keeps the place at a decent temperature, I even get to control my own thermostat, the maintenance gets things done right away and I even have a cul-de-sac where I can walk around and get some exercise. Two of my favorite features about this complex are having a little garden in the front of my apartment and I finally have my own little backyard where I could have a barbecue during the summer!!! When I compare to living at my old place under a landlord ownership to a complex under a corporate ownership, I would rather move to a place that s under corporate ownership because they are most likely kept in good shape. I would totally recommend this place to families or college students who are willing to find a place to live at a cheaper price. I really hope you guys expand to more states in the future.
