As a customer, I recently had my kitchen countertops installed by this company. The selection process was smooth, with a wide variety of granite options to choose from. However, the communication could have been improved, as I had to follow up multiple times for updates on the installation schedule. The installation itself was satisfactory, but I noticed a small chip on one of the edges that was not addressed. The overall quality is decent, but attention to detail could be better. I appreciate the reasonable pricing and the professional demeanor of the staff. In the end, I’d say my experience was average. I'd give them a 3-star rating. 🏗️
