I recently booked a flight with this company and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The booking process was simple and the customer service representatives were polite and helpful. However, the inflight amenities were somewhat basic and the seating was a bit cramped. The flight itself was on time and the pilot's communication was clear and reassuring. The safety measures in place were commendable. While the experience was not exceptional, it met my needs for a standard flight. I might consider using this airline again for short, budget-friendly trips.
