I recently made a purchase from Spohr Publishers Limited, and my overall experience was average. The website was easy to use, and they have a decent collection of books to choose from. The checkout process was smooth, and the delivery was on time. However, I did have some issues with the packaging, as the books weren't adequately protected and arrived with slight damages. The customer service was responsive but took some time to resolve the issue. While it was not a terrible experience, there are areas that could be improved upon.
