I recently took a trip with this company and had mixed feelings about it. The tour itself was enjoyable, with interesting destinations and knowledgeable guides. The itinerary was well-planned and covered all the major highlights. However, there were a few areas where they fell short. Firstly, the communication was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Secondly, the accommodation was average at best. It was clean and comfortable, but lacked that extra touch of luxury. Lastly, I felt that the price was a bit on the higher side for what was offered. Overall, an average experience, but could definitely use some improvements in customer service and value for money.
