Supersoft technologies is a good and small place to start your career. but there are some major issues in this company.
1. This is not an office it's just a small room where they don't even have AC or proper fan. only one fan is there that doesn't work good.
2. They have no employee rights. people join and they don't stay for long they resign the company.
3. This place is not good for girls there's a man izhar mehmood who is managing this office who thinks he's a senior developer, he harass girls and speaks a lot, eat naswar in that small room that they call office and it becomes more difficult to sit there in smell.
4. izhar is a benasli maila admi workers think is se tou dushmani bhi nahi rakh sakte k benasli hai and they resign.
5. They ask the employee to work overtime but they don't have give salary for that overtime.
6. they don't have proper chairs for workers they survive.
7. It's a request don't work here because joblessness is better than working here.
