Reference/evaluation for Omar Malik-Sales representative with MinnMaxx.
Omar was the sales representative for listing both my current home and assisting me in finding and the purchase of the new property.
Omar was friendly,polite and professional in selling and buying of both properties ,keeping me up to date on all aspects .
He also made himself available with his knowledge to help me with the paperwork through the lawyer (i. e. status report etc.).
During the transaction process Omar proactively responded to any questions I had making the entire process much easier for me . Omar delivers on everything he commits to.
I have been very happy with the assistance from Omar and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home .I would rate him as excellent .
