The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are clean and the amenities are great.
However I was in room 451 and the bed was absolutely horrendous. There was a dent right in the middle of the mattress and I'm not sure if it was due to the box spring but it was extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention the heating wasn't working properly so I was freezing the whole time.
