I had a mixed experience with The Robert Parker Collection. Some aspects of their service were excellent, while others were average. The website is informative and easy to navigate, providing detailed descriptions of their products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
