Life file videos is an average company. They provide decent services but there is nothing exceptional about them. I used their services for converting my old VHS tapes to digital format and I was satisfied with the quality of the videos. However, the customer service could have been better. It took them a while to respond to my queries and the overall communication was not very efficient. I would recommend them if you want an affordable option but don't expect anything extraordinary.
