Made a Deal with Cole Sales Manger in Sanford FL on a used BMW RS model and a trade on an Indian Motorcycle we sat down and put on paper a deal, Cole said lets go. I said give me a couple hours to think and talk to my wife, We agreed and I gave him a Gentleman's hand shake to hold the deal till 6pm Closing or tomorrow morning. We made a gentleman's deal shake, I called him at 5:05pm and said Cole I'll do the deal! He said good see ya in the morning, I said okay I'll be there.
The next morning I called Cole no answer, then I called the Dealership talked with the salesman Manny, He says oh Mr James another salesman sold the bike, I said Cole the sales Manger and I made a deal. And further more many I've not received any Phone Cales or emails from you or Cole. And you have my Drivers License copy and my all contact info for the deal we had on paper.
He says sorry we have other bikes, I said no thanks. Manny this not the way you do business. As a part of the RED Riders and Liars Group in Daytona Beach area. You have lost a customer and my friends from now on will boycott your dealership. Sad we are BMW Club out of Daytona Beach as well.
