I had a mixed experience with Outdoor Power Store. On the positive side, their selection of outdoor power equipment is extensive, and the prices are reasonable. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very knowledgeable and did not seem interested in helping me find the right equipment. Additionally, the delivery took longer than expected. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
