I recently started kickboxing and found a great place to train at eaglekickboxing.co.uk. The classes are challenging but fun. The trainers are very supportive and encouraging. They focus on proper techniques and provide individualized attention to each student. I have seen improvements in my strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.
