I recently had new carpets installed by Bp carpets and flooring ltd, and I am happy with the service provided. The team was professional and friendly, but there were some minor issues during the installation process. The end result is satisfactory, but not exceptional. I would consider using Bp carpets and flooring ltd again, but I would make sure to communicate my expectations more clearly next time.
