Had a great experience with all the services from lobby reception to The Line dining and not forgetting the housekeeper and pool attendants. Service is really great at Shangri-la. Though we had to wait for an hour after check-in to get our room due to sanitising process, but it is still relatively good experience at the lobby.

Only disappointment was not being able to book a slot for Splash Zone for both 9 & 10Oct after we got the QR code upon check-in at around 3.15pm. Might be good to open the booking earlier for guests like sent via email perhaps.

And also the basement carpark is way too dark for comfortable parking and does looks quite creepy. Hotel should consider lighten up the basement carpark.

Overall, still an enjoyable stay at the hotel and would consider booking again next time.
