I would rate Torprojekt sp. z o. o. as average. Their website is easy to navigate and provides useful information about their services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in their customer service department.
