Richard Ford Ac And Heat Repr provides a very average service. The technicians are competent and able to fix the problem, but the customer service could use improvement. It took a while to get a response when I initially called, and they were not very friendly or helpful over the phone. The technician who came to my house was professional, but seemed rushed and did not take the time to explain what was going on. Overall, it was an average experience.
