Horrible customer service by Chiara Lisciotto
Stayed here for 2 nights ordered room service on the 1st night they came and left my order in the room without the hot food visible or advising where it was.
Called again because I wanted a meal and asked them to collect what they delivered because there was no meal.
Was advised by hotel the 1st charge would be removed from billing because no items were consumed however once I checked out they then advised food was in a hot box this was not mentioned at the hotel then they charged my credit card for both orders and are refusing to refund.
Just because they are part of the casino doesn't mean you should be ripped off and charged for things you didn't have.
