I had a mixed experience with K & g customs service inc. While their customer service was excellent and the staff was very helpful, I had some issues with their website. It was quite slow and unresponsive at times, which made it difficult for me to navigate and find the information I needed. However, once I was able to get in touch with the customer service team, they were quick to address my concerns and provide the necessary assistance. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
