I absolutely love the Iowa City Zen Center! 😊 The teachers are amazing and the community there is so warm and welcoming. The practice of Zen meditation has been incredibly beneficial for me, helping me to find more peace and clarity in my life. I highly recommend this center to anyone who wants to explore Zen Buddhism.
