I have been a customer of Shanghai zige media corp. ltd. for the past two years and I have to say that their services are average. Although they deliver what they promise, I have had some issues in the past with their customer support. The representatives are not always helpful and it takes them a long time to respond to queries. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
