I've been going to Wellspring Neuro Movement Center, LLC for a while now and I am extremely happy with my experience. The instructors are excellent and provide personalized attention to each participant. The variety of classes offered caters to different needs and skill levels. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more balanced. Highly recommend!
