I have been a customer of Santos John for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the prices are reasonable. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer support team. They were not very helpful and it took them a long time to resolve my problem. Overall, I would say that Santos John is an okay company to do business with.
