They didn't have any of the specific items I neede...

They didn't have any of the specific items I needed but they were able to substitute ALL of them. I emailed them the list of what I needed before going and they got back to me in 10min letting me know. The person helping was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing what were the best products for me to use for what I wanted to do.
