Decided to do business locally even though it was more expensive. Long story short I decided to cancel my cable service after being mislead, took several phone calls (including one when the rep said I m going to have to call you back and hung up. She hung up on me to deal with a walk in customer. After needing to switch my router back I had to buy a 2nd one after their tech took mine when he installed new equipment, even though the rep verified that I didn t have a lease agreement on the router, they made 0 attempts to find my old equipment. Think twice before going local w eagle
