Excellent customer service! Before I purchased my raquet at Plaid Raquet, I was able to get a loaner raquet to ensure that I was comfortable with it before I purchased. for myself. I also received a loaner raquet fpr my 8 year old. They did not have the grip size for my daughter in stock however they were able to order it. I also purchased tennis skirts for my daughter......so cute and a perfect fit!
