I have been a customer of Intrepid international ltd for several years now and I must say that their services have always been average. They are not the best in the market but they are definitely not the worst. Their website, intrepid-bd.com, is easy to navigate and their customer support team is responsive. However, there have been a few instances where I faced delays in the delivery of my orders. Overall, I would rate them as average.
