I had a mixed experience with HipPocketz.com. While their selection is great and the prices are competitive, the customer service left something to be desired. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries, and I found their overall attitude to be unhelpful. However, once my issue was finally resolved, I was satisfied with the solution provided. I would say that shopping at HipPocketz.com can be hit or miss.
