I have been a loyal customer of Cityfit for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. The gym facilities are decent and well-maintained, although sometimes it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful, but there is room for improvement in terms of class variety. Overall, it's a good option if you're just looking for a basic gym experience.
