I had a mixed experience with Austin Air Rescue. While their technicians were knowledgeable and fixed the issue with my HVAC system, the customer service could have been better. It took a while to get a response when I initially contacted them, and the scheduling process wasn't smooth. However, once the technicians arrived, they did a great job resolving the problem. Overall, decent service, but room for improvement in the communication department.
