I had a mixed experience with Prodim s.r.l. On one hand, their customer service was great; they were responsive and helpful in answering my questions. On the other hand, the product I purchased from them did not meet my expectations. The quality was average, and there were some technical issues that took a long time to resolve. Overall, I would rate my experience with Prodim s.r.l. as average.
