I had a satisfactory experience with Rapid refill. The website was user-friendly and I found the ink cartridges I needed easily. The delivery was prompt, and the cartridges were well-packaged. However, the print quality was average compared to the original cartridges. I would consider purchasing from Rapid refill again, but I hope they can improve the print quality in the future.
