I have been a customer of Velocitel for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but there are some areas where they could improve. The customer service response time could be faster, and sometimes it feels like they don't really listen to the issues I'm facing. Overall, my experience with Velocitel has been okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
