I'd like to share my experience with Mpi gulf states chapter. I must say, their service is average. While their customer support team is friendly and responsive, their website can be a bit cumbersome to navigate. I often find myself getting lost in the menus and having a hard time finding the information I need. However, once you get the hang of it, their service is decent.
