I had a mixed experience with Schotten & hansen españa. Some aspects of their service were excellent, while others fell short of my expectations. The quality of their products is top-notch and I am very satisfied with my purchase. However, their customer service was lacking and I faced some difficulties in getting assistance when I needed it.
