The ball was dropped on my project because two bigger projects (which I was assured I was in front of and that Mr. Olsen said he d sneak me through in front of them) took up their time. This cost me time and money, it was very unprofessional of him and his staff. Two phone messages did not get through to him aiding in this mess. Very dissatisfied.
