I recently rented some equipment from a local party rental company for my event and was not completely satisfied with the service. The equipment was fine, but the customer service could have been better. I felt like my questions were not fully answered and the staff seemed rushed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would consider looking elsewhere in the future.
