Terrible customer service. I called many times and was told l had to speak to David Tomlinson the Director but every time l called he was on the phone and would call back. A week gone by and no phone call. It seems manners and being professional is something Lantec are not interested in. As a Director myself this lack of customer service is appalling. If your looking for web developers look elsewhere as these guys are not interested. A simple phone call to me to say we do not want to help you would have been fine with me.
