The services provided by Kolors pets are average. I expected a better experience given the positive reviews I read online. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. I had to repeat my instructions multiple times, and even then, they seemed confused. The grooming wasn't up to my expectations either. Overall, an average experience.
