I had a mixed experience with Ships Trader. While the website was easy to use, the lack of customer support was disappointing. It took several attempts to get a response to my queries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. The options available were decent, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Ships Trader has room for improvement in terms of customer service.
