Rachel at Orrman's Cheese Shop is awesome! She was so helpful in helping us take a vision to reality for my daughter's wedding reception. My daughter has never liked sweets and the thought of eating wedding cake was NOT a possibility for her. So her groom got the rich chocolate cake he desired, and she got the magnificent "cake" of cheese she wanted. And her wedding guests got a DELICIOUS and SURPRISING cheese course between dinner and dessert. Rachel spent a long time showing us all the possibilities that were available in their store and how they could all fit together to make the cohesive, delicious, and beautiful display we hoped for. She emailed us about possible changes. We went in a second time for another consultation. And Rachel was so patient and helpful at every turn. The final product, well, the photo speaks for itself. AMAZING. WONDERFUL. PERFECT. The final garnish with fruit was my own design, but it was easy because Rachel's cheeses were perfect!
