I had an average experience with Gerard's&nyxpert. The website was easy to navigate and the products looked promising. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. The products I purchased were okay but not outstanding. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
