The services provided by Infortech are average. While they meet my basic requirements, I feel they lack innovation and could enhance their offerings. The customer support is satisfactory and responsive. However, there have been a few instances where I faced delays in getting my issues resolved. Overall, I would rate Infortech as an average company.
