When thinking about HPSM for your future employmen...

When thinking about HPSM for your future employment needs or, for that matter, medical care coverage, don t hold your breath. This is one of the most unprofessional and classless organizations I ve ever been a part of. If you are interested in being presented with constructive feedback as an employee, you might be in for a rude awakening. Your supervisors and trainers will smile at you and ask how you are doing, while your colleagues will welcome you, making you feel like you re part if the team. Just remember, at any given moment, your recruiter is liable to call you and ask you not to report to work the next day! Worst of all, you will never be told why you were dismissed despite establishing healthy working relationships with your colleagues and never drawing the ire of your supervisors. You will never be given the courtesy of correcting your personal actions or behaviors before its too late, nor will anyone from the HR grant you the courtesy of a basic explanation about what went wrong and/or what factor(s) ultimately led to your dismissal.
