They used to be good, and have steadily decreased quality over the past 2 or 3 years. They don't cover most of my meds. They have an excuse for every one. They even fought with my transplant surgeon, who is one of the countries most renowned liver and kidney transplant surgeon and chief. The dental is a joke. They only cover a few dentists in the whole city, and those are the bottom of the barrel. Even then, they find a way to get out of it. Eyeglasses-They only pay for cheap glasses and styles that are only appealing to the elderly. They say they don't charge monthly premiums, then why do I see over $150 taken out of my social security every month for premiums. They list goes on. The people are very nice and professional, but the company have become crooks.
